• Hand Wash Only: Do not machine wash or dry these inserts. The machine's agitation and heat can damage the adhesive and the material.
• Wash After Each Use: Washing them after every use helps remove body oils and sweat, which can reduce their stickiness.
• Prepare Soapy Water: Use lukewarm water and a mild, gentle soap. Hand soap or a mild liquid detergent is usually suitable. Avoid soaps with moisturizers, oils, or harsh chemicals.
• Clean the Adhesive Surface:

1. Gently wet the adhesive side of the inserts with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a small amount of the mild soap to your fingertips.
3. Gently rub the adhesive surface in a circular motion. Be very careful not to use your fingernails or anything abrasive, as this can damage the adhesive.

• Rinse Thoroughly: Rinse the inserts under lukewarm water until all traces of soap are gone.
• Air Dry:

1. Allow the inserts to air dry.
2. Place them adhesive-side up in a clean, dust-free area.
3. Do not dry them with a towel, as this can leave lint on the adhesive.
4. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources (like a hairdryer or radiator), as these can damage the adhesive.
